Director of Communications

Gail Ramsey has been named Director of Communications of The Winston Law Firm, LLC. Prior to joining The Winston Firm, Ms. Ramsey was a seasoned paralegal and media relations specialist with 20+ years’ combined experience as a paralegal and PR representative for law firms and non-profit law-related organizations. She was instrumental in securing media placement of high-profile case stories in both print and on television. Adept at conducting client research, developing large-scale presentations for use in litigation and promoting special events, Ms. Ramsey holds a MA in Communication and a BA in Justice.

Carol Bell is a strong leader in her profession and community.  A graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law, JD; and Cornell University, BS, Ms. Bell also completed her MBA degree from the University of Phoenix in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  She was selected for the prestigious Temple Law Integrated Transactional Program and successfully assisted clients negotiating business transactions, business counseling and corporate filings.  With this background, Ms. Bell is poised to help clients thrive in today's complex commercial environments.

Dorion B. Morgan Dorion Blayne Morgan is a former partner of a local law firm, and for nearly a decade he successfully managed a solo practice representing clients on matters related to landlord tenant, civil and criminal litigation. As a seasoned litigator, Mr. Morgan concentrates his practice on general and complex civil litigation, non-profit counseling, municipal court matters, including residential and commercial real estate disputes.

Lindsey Ann Welgs hails from New York City to join the Winston Law Firm assisting our commercial and non-profit clients in the Delaware Valley and New York.  She has worked with esteemed jurists for the New York Supreme Court in Suffolk County and graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Law, with a Certificate of Advanced Study in International and Comparative Law.  Ms. Welgs received her undergraduate degree at Duquesne University, and graduated magna cum laude, with concentrations in accounting and business administration.  Having served in key positions in the legal profession and business industry, Ms. Welgs is poised to be a tremendous asset to our clients.
