Carol Bell is a strong leader in her profession and community.  A graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law, JD; and Cornell University, BS, Ms. Bell also completed her MBA degree from the University of Phoenix in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  She was selected for the prestigious Temple Law Integrated Transactional Program and successfully assisted clients negotiating business transactions, business counseling and corporate filings.  With this background, Ms. Bell is poised to help clients thrive in today's complex commercial environments.
 
Ms. Bell joins Winston Law with a diverse background in commercial law and also medical malpractice matters.  She began her legal career over ten years ago as an associate specializing in medical malpractice and products liability cases and has represented clients in all phases of the litigation process including discovery, trials and settlement negotiations.  Ms. Bell concentrates her litigation practice in the following substantive areas:  business contracts, employment discrimination; business transactions; and personal injury cases.

Ms. Bell served as a Legal Intern for Camden Regional Legal Services assisting impoverished clients in Family Court and worked closely with recently appointed New Jersey Superior Court Judge Chris Allen-Jackson of Gloucester County, New Jersey.  Prior to law school, Ms. Bell was a legal assistant for prestigious firms like Conrad O'Brien in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Brown & James in St. Louis, Missouri.  She credits this early legal experience and a prestigious judicial clerkship with the Honorable Frederica Massiah-Jackson, President Judge Emeritus, Court of Common Pleas Court at Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with for the inspiration to excel in a challenging and rewarding legal profession.
