Shortly after leaving State Farm, Mr. Winston immediately began to demonstrate his ability to handle significant personal injury cases on behalf of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. Mr. Winston continued to handle personal injury cases at a small boutique law firm while expanding his portfolio into workers’ compensation, immigration, and commercial litigation. In 2004, Mr. Winston became of counsel with Conrad O’Brien handling complex commercial litigation matters, while completing a Master’s Program in Trial Advocacy with distinction.

After nearly four years, Mr. Winston joined a top catastrophic personal injury law firm, where he handled multi-million dollar cases before establishing The Winston Law Firm, LLC. with practice areas in, among others, complex commercial litigation, catastrophic personal injury, employment matters and defamation.
