Lindsey Welgs hails from New York City to join the Winston Law Firm assisting our commercial and non-profit clients in the Delaware Valley and New York.  She has worked with esteemed jurists for the New York Supreme Court in Suffolk County and graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Law, with a Certificate of Advanced Study in International and Comparative Law.  Ms. Welgs received her undergraduate degree at Duquesne University, and graduated magna cum laude, with concentrations in accounting and business administration.  Having served in key positions in the legal profession and business industry, Ms. Welgs is poised to be a tremendous asset to our clients. 

While at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Ms. Welgs received the CALI award for excellence in legal research and writing and second honorary award for excellence in international dispute resolution.  She was the recipient of the Monteverde Endowed Scholarship and member of the Golden Key National Honor Society for academic excellence.  In addition to her honors and awards, Ms. Welgs served the community as a volunteer at Special Olympics, Meals on Wheels and was involved in women's law and international law organizations.

With her background, Ms. Welgs is uniquely suited to help our business savvy clients thrive in a complex commercial environment.  Ms. Welgs also speaks a foreign language and concentrates her practice in business litigation and counseling.
